Lemon Lime & Raspberry Sports Drink


INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup frozen raspberries
2 lemons
2 limes
1/4 cup sugar (any kind)
1/4 tsp salt
860 ml water

METHOD

In a small dish microwave the raspberries until they have melted (about 60 seconds on high). Strain the raspberries with a mesh strainer to squeeze out the juice of the berries. Juice the lemons and limes into the raspberry liquid using the same strainer to keep the seeds and flesh out of the liquid.

In a medium saucepan heat all of the ingredients together until they dissolve and create a semi-clear liquid.

Cool and consume cold during sports.
