Apple & Raspberry Puree
Ingredients
3 apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
3 cups of fresh raspberries
2 cups of water
MAKES 4 PORTIONS
Method
Prepare the Ingredients: Wash, peel and cut the apples into small pieces. Rinse the raspberries.
Add the apples into a medium saucepan and fill with 2 cups of water. Set on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Pour out one cup of water from the saucepan and pour the rest of the water and apples into a blender. Add the raspberries to the blender and puree.
Strain the puree. Stir the puree with a whip while straining until the puree has been completely strained.
