Sports Kit Graham Cracker Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies
3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup raisins
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons skim milk powder
1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons coconut flakes
Makes 8 balls, 4 servings.
Pearle's tip : Pre-package the cookies into portions to avoid overeating these delicious snacks!
Mix all ingredients except the coconut in a bowl. Using a soup spoon, form 8 balls. Press each ball into the coconut flakes, covering the ball.
* If the batter is too dry add more water. If the coconut meat is not sticking, baste the ball in a tiny amount of liquid honey.
