Sports Kit One-Minute Oat and Cinnamon Muffins


2 tablespoons quick cooking oats
1 tablespoon wheat germ
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
0.5 tablespoons raisins
0.5 teaspoons brown sugar
0.25 teaspoons cinnamon
1 tablespoon skim milk powder
2 tablespoons applesauce
1 tablespoons walnuts


Mix all dry ingredients in a container or a sealable bag.

When it is time to eat, combine the applesauce with the dry ingredients and transfer the mixture to a silicone muffin cup or an oiled mug.

Put the batter in the microwave on high for 1 minute and enjoy hot.
