Chicken Wrap with Mango, Avocado, and Chili Mayo
4 (300 g) large tortilla wraps
2 (300 g) chicken breasts
1/2 medium mango
1/4 cup (65 mL) mayonnaise
4 teaspoons (20 mL) siracha
4 teaspoons (3.5 g) chopped cilantro
MAKES 4 SANDWICHES
Marinate chicken breasts in desired spices and grill or bake until fully cooked. (idea for spices: steak spice, mustard, and bbq sauce)
Cut the avocado and mango into strips. Chop the cilantro. Mix the mayonnaise with the siracha to make chili mayo.
Roll the ingredients into a wrap. Cut in half and serve.
