Coffee Smoothie with Banana, Oats, & Cacao


Ingredients

1 ½ frozen banana
2 teaspoons ground coffee (optional addition)
2 tablespoon cacao powder
2 Medjool dates
½ cup old-fashioned oats
3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 3/4 cups soy milk
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

MAKES 2 SMOOTHIES

Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth.
