What to Eat at Hockey Tryouts and Hockey Camps

To get the nutrition edge at training camp, you need to plan ahead.  Plan to carbohydrate load one to three days before camp and plan when and what types of meals and snacks you will eat during the camp. Choose foods that digest rapidly during the day and eat slower digesting foods at the end of the day (after camp) during your recovery meals and snacks. Wondering how to accomplish all this?
